Due to mothersday and the urgency of a few matters and mothersday, the meeting was postponed to the next day.

Major stuff

• Cypher has decided to take a break and retire to focus on school and work. He will help out once in a while but he will turn over ownership to Sharky. Thic could mean that any servers may change in the future.
• BEan will still be on hand to help out.
• For the future, all major decisions will be determined via votes and discussions on the forums. If you do not post/vote on the forums you will not have a say in anything. ITS A DEMOCRACY NOW.
• We are going to be choosing a new logo in the future.
• We are still looking for a new admin to help out with everything.

Due to it being mother's day and the imprtantance of a few matters that needed to be discuss, we are going to postpone the weekly meeting to tommorrow night.

Minecraft:

• we're working on Minecraft Server.
• Map is already generated. BEan's building basic outline for spawnand letting people add on.
• Deciding on Plugins: Towny, Anti-Grief, etc. Details will be posted elsewhere
  later.

TF2:

• Find another clan/gaming community and start a relation, have some
  friendly matches and other stuff.

Other:

• BEan's starting to get work again.
• Need to someone to step in and help when necessary.
• Changed Donation Benefits to $5 a month.
• All previous donaters will have benefits based on their donations
  starting... NOW!
• Vote on who controls Wegea Youtube channel.
• He will be in charge of recording our events.

Minecraft

• When we move the mincraft to a different provider we will restart with a new map.
• Factions (in its current form) will not be used because it has caused nothing but drama, chaos, and other crap. We are sick of its evil influence on everyone.
• We are open to suggestions and ideas for the new minecraft server. As of right now we are going to atleast have a surival server with some kind of protection, economy, shops, etc. Just keep an eye on the forums.
• We will experiment on a test server before we implement it on the final server.

• We need to populate the stock server a bit more. Just enough for quickplay to kick in. If your average player stays on our server for more than 30 minutes it would improve our server's score.

• DO NOT abuse the rename command, or any commands
  what so ever unless it's absolutely necessary. Anybody
  abusing it will have their admin powers revoked.

  at the end of the month.
• Shop will be re-done and re-organized
• We will NOT tolerate the use of Slurs at all.
